Classroom Workshop
Faculty can request a CliftonStrengths workshop to be held during a specific class session. Workshops typically last 60 minutes and require all students to have completed the CliftonStrengths assessment beforehand. During the pre‑workshop consultation, a member of the CliftonStrengths Facilitation Team will gather information about the class demographics or culture, how the workshop connects to the course curriculum, and the desired learning outcomes.
Student Organization or Student Group Workshop
Any student group can request a CliftonStrengths workshop to take place during a retreat, training, or gathering, as long as all participants have completed the assessment. Before the workshop, a CliftonStrengths team member will gather information about the group, its needs, how the workshop can support its goals, and the event location.
Department Workshop
(including students with staff/ faculty) -
Departments may request a CliftonStrengths workshop for their teams including student staff during a retreat, training, or meeting, provided all participants have completed the assessment. These sessions typically require 60 minutes. Before the session, a CliftonStrengths facilitator will gather information about the department’s mission, participating staff, how the workshop can support future goals, and the event location.
This option is for workshops involving students; departments seeking sessions for only professional staff or faculty should select Faculty/ Staff Workshop.
Faculty or Staff Professional Development Workshop
(professionals only) - Workshops are available for TU departments, faculty, and staff. All department workshops are facilitated by Human Resources and run between 60 and 120 minutes. These workshops are limited to professional team members only.
