Welcome to the application / nomination form for the 2026 Student Affairs Leadership Awards!
This form opens on Monday, March 2, 2026 and closes on Thursday, March 26, 2026. All submissions must be received by the close of this form to be considered.

here. Please read carefully as the awards and their descriptions have been revised this year!
The form is categorized into two parts:
- Scholarships – which require an application, to be completed by the student applying for the scholarship.
- Awards – which require a nomination. Any TU student, staff, faculty member or organization may complete a nomination.
- There are three sub-categories for Awards – individual student, individual faculty / staff, and recognized student organization.
Multiple forms may be submitted to nominate an individual for more than one award, or to nominate more than one individual or student organization for awards.
Self-nomination is permitted.
Awards are not determined by the number of nominations received. The
quality and
content of each nomination is scored separately by the review committee. The scores determine the winners of each award.
Please read all award descriptions carefully to ensure your nominee meets all requirements.

The Student Affairs Leadership Awards are sponsored by the Division of Student Affairs and the Student Government Association.
